When Annette Van Adrichem was introduced to the BodyTalk System, she feels destiny introduced her to something wonderful. The timing was crucial as she was just recovering from a car accident.  She knows she wouldn’t have recovered as quickly and completely if it were not for the holding power of the BodyTalk sessions she received. The physiotherapy and chiropractic treatments took on their full potential as soon as the BodyTalk was combined in the healing process.

She took Modules 1, 2 and 3 in the fall of 2005, became a certified practitioner and is now also a BodyTalk Access Technician.  Following her intention to further her studies to the PaRama level, Annette has completed Traditional Chinese Medicine and was a student of BodyTalk Founder, Dr. John Veltheim in BodyTalk Interactive. This seminar covers the science of energy medicine and the larger philosophical principles underlying the BodyTalk System. 

Annette is one of those ‘natural’ BodyTalk practitioners. You can hear the energy in her voice when she says, “I find working with clients fascinating”. She realizes that each individual has a unique story and she feels honoured as sessions reveal how healing and balancing take place so effortlessly.  

By helping as many people as possible, the word is spreading. Satisfied clients have benefited from some remarkable results. She has successfully addressed health concerns ranging from chronic pain, infertility, stress and epilepsy. Like so many former clients, a woman who is now five year epilepsy-free, continually sends others to Annette for help.

Another client who suffers from Bell’s palsy (a dysfunction of cranial nerves which results in inability to control facial muscles) experiences less burning for longer periods following each session. A droopy eye cleared up and the sensation in her face has improved. Understandably Annette’s confidence in the broad potential of BodyTalk healing grows with every client she sees.

Annette’s own road to self discovery has been long and happily coincided with a marriage of over thirty years, the raising of four sons and the responsibility of owning a poultry farm. As she says, “We make things grow – it’s a cackling crop!” Perhaps it is her closeness to nature and the changing seasons that has allowed her to develop a life blooming with flexibility, hope and a joy in living.
