I am passionate about promoting wellness through BodyTalk on all levels – body, mind and soul. I love to listen to the whisperings of my client’s body wisdom and am humbled by the results.

I offer a tranquil and supportive environment in which healing energy is allowed to freely flow. Pain and tension are released and my clients enjoy feeling the empowerment when they connect with their true essence and allow the body to heal its Self. My clients claim they experience “little miracles” after just one visit.

My earlier professional careers included customer service in the insurance industry and teaching special education and Kindergarten.  However, my interest in metaphysical subjects began when I was a teen. Much later I studied and currently practice Energy Field healing through Reiki attunements and Inca Shamanic Healing as well as offering the Munay-Ki Rites.

Now, BodyTalk seems to be taking the top ranking of all the modalities I practice! While beginning my own Holistic Healing practice, I was encouraged to experience a BodyTalk session with Jessy Morrison. I was so impressed by the related “pathways” that BodyTalk addressed that I soon connected with Cherie Carpenter at BodyTalk Central to investigate more.

Taking the BodyTalk Access Technician course in 2008 gave me practical tools I could use daily for preventative health and maintenance. Colds and viruses are a thing of the past! Quick and simple BodyTalk techniques enabled me to personally feel better balanced and healthier immediately. My shoulder muscle tension was alleviated and my immune system was strengthened.  

I just knew I had to study more BodyTalk as it blended many ideas from all other modalities I had learned. I took Modules 1 & 2 in Toronto in 2009, a year after leaving my teaching job. Then in February 2010, after auditing this same course with Cherie Carpenter, I became a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner.

How truly blessed I feel to offer BodyTalk - a profoundly effective healing modality. In March 2010 I completed Module 4/7. Excited to learn more, I will soon study other modules to increase my knowledge and take my practice to higher levels. I would love to teach BodyTalk Access to everyone!
