Remarkable experience with Cortices alone!

I'm Chanikarn from Thailand, and I was referred to Irene Khor's BodyTalk Clinic two months ago by my Orthoptics in Singapore, who managed to get me a last minute appointment. Thanks to that, I'm one of the lucky persons to experience BodyTalk. After that, I read about BodyTalk and Cortices techniques on Irene's website and watched the video she recommended. Then, I did a few minutes of cortices as demonstrated in the video twice a day while I was at peace (in the bathroom) and at a stressful working room. In the situation where the working room was too inconvenient, I did cortices twice a day after I woke up and before going to bed instead. However, I am not sure If I have done it exactly right or with sufficient duration on each day. It takes a very short time comparing to other kinds of therapy or exercise.
Even though there is no apparent change the first month, it's noticeable in two months as follows:
1. Chronic Allergies
I still have a stuffed nose, ringing in the ear. However, the tinnitus has been significantly lessened. Furthermore, I don't have to take medicine for my allergy now. (Normally, I always have to see the E.N.T. doctor after getting off the airplane because of hurting ear and vertigo (due to the unbalance of air pressures in the ears), but it did not happen this time.
Comparing to last year, I took loads of allergy medicines which is not permanently effective, such as Zyrtec, Pseudoephedrine, antibiotics and more, which I eventually gave up due to the unsatisfactory result of medicine and the side effects. Prior to last year, I was also diagnosed with IBS, GERD, dry eyes, and was unsuccessfully treated for nose surgery that comes with a bunch of medicines. There were over 10 types of them, so I could not name it all in time on our first BodyTalk session. Anyway, now I take none of them, except Flucithalmic eye drops for oily eye lids and the inflammation of oil glands at the lower eye lid.
2. Efficient Sleep
Now, I get better sleep; a good 7 hours at night without the demand for napping during the day. The last two months, I got a full 8 hours of sleep and was still exhausted out of doing nothing. Recently, I 'm more active. I 'm only worn out by hectic and overloaded activities which is rational.
3. Eye Nerve
I don't know if my eye nerve is still very tense as it was. Maybe, we have to access it through BodyTalk in this case in the next appointment. Nevertheless, it surprised me that BodyTalk found the linkage to vision snow which is the neurological visual symptom that has happened to me out of the blue last year when I incurred convergence insufficiency. And it has been more disturbing from last year mainly before surgery. The neuro-ophthalmologist was of the opinion that vision snow is a rare disease that happens to one in a million and can be progressive due to the bright light and the stress, especially the stress which occasionally makes my whole vision shake by the turbulence of glitters and glaring noises. BodyTalk gives me the new hope to control one of the critical causes, i.e. stress.
4. Clarity of Mind
My mind feels more calm right now and the vitality has been gradually recovered. I feel less depressed and less poor appetite. After 2 months after my first BodyTalk session, I feel my brain is more alert right away after Cortices.
I am very interested in learning the rest of the BodyTalk Access techniques, but I could not make it to Singapore this November. I hope I can learn them in the future when I come for my second BodyTalk appointment.
