Transform Your Health and Life in 2016

With These 12 Health Practices


                                                                                                                  

1. DRINK LIQUIDS THAT HYDRATE, FLUSH AND NOURISH YOU.

 Drink Pure Water, Consume Fresh Fruit, Vegetables & Vegetable Juices and Herbal Teas!

 

2. EAT FOODS THAT CREATE POWERFUL HEALTH AND VITALITY

Consume more Vegetarian, whole, nutritious and Organic foods (when possible), Consume a clean diet and get rid of the processed foods. Add more raw foods to your daily food intake.

 

3. USE NATURAL SUPPLEMENTS AND FOOD TO HEAL

Help prevent Dis-ease, nourish and support your cells and body.  

Eat clean, detoxify, tone, and balance to help heal your body.

 

4. MOVE YOUR BODY EVERY DAY

Walk, Dance, Run, Jump, Stretch, Breath, exercise, get fresh air and have Sex… Always Fun!

 

5. TAKE A WEEK OFF EVERY SEASON TO CLEANSE YOURSELF INTERNALLY

 Herbal Detox Programs are great for detoxing four times a year. Cleansing rids the body of toxins!

Set boundaries for yourself and othersI  Communicate what you feel and let others know with loving words what's on your mind. Be Happy, Friendly, Positive, Clear, Honest, Sincere, and Caring. Try expressing yourself with strength, courage, understanding, compassion and Love.

 

10. LOVE YOURSELF AND YOUR LIFE MORE AND MORE EVERY DAY

Practice being in gratitude everyday! Be kind to yourself, do something nice for yourself and look in the mirror and tell yourself you love yourself everyday! Be YOUR OWN BEST FRIEND!  Practice self acceptance.

Love life and appreciate it more and more each day!  Be in allowance and trust and watch the miracles appear.

 

11. BE GRATEFUL FOR ALL THAT HAS COME YOUR WAY

Use positive affirmations of gratitude for all that you have and all that is yet to come. Focus on what you do want to create in your life and most of all DON'T SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF !

Send blessings to yourself and others. FORGIVE YOURSELF and OTHERS! Forgiveness is a powerful healer. "Let go and let God! "  Be at peace.

 

12. MEDITATE 15mins DAILY, CONNECTING TO YOURSELF AND A HIGHER POWER

Meditation calms the mind and regenerates the spirit. Find answers to your questions by meditating, CONNECT to yourself daily by going inward and connect to infinite possibilities!

 

And when life gets you down....... remember

TRIALS KEEP YOU STRONG

FAILURES KEEP YOU HUMBLE
